Who you are:

  • 5+ years' progressive IT experience, including 2+ years' leadership experience with a proven track record managing IT support operations with effective leadership and team-building skills
  • Hands-on technical aptitude with strong grasp of cybersecurity tools, practices, and governance frameworks; network infrastructure; and client-server environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • Preferably, you are CISSP, CISM, and/or ITIL certified

 
What you’ll do:

  • Lead the daily functions of the IT support team, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues; define and track KPIs to measure service quality and team productivity
  • Develop and enforce security protocols and policies aligned with industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Monitor and respond to security threats, conduct investigations, and implement remediation strategies.
  • Administer endpoint protection tools, firewall configurations, and system patching routines as well as lead security training and awareness programs across the organization

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
 
The expected range for this role is $120,000 to $130,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
