Who You Are:
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Payroll systems including Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and collaborative team player
What You'll Do:
- Process payroll, deductions, garnishments, and special payroll actions
- Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Administer and monitor electronic timekeeping systems
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates
- Review and validate timesheets weekly
- Coordinate with HR and Finance on employee data (e.g., OT, PTO, benefits)
- Stay updated on tax/deduction law changes
- Support AP tasks: match and enter invoices, resolve discrepancies

Compensation Details
- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
- The expected range for this role is up to $75,000 annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components
