Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of payroll experience 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Payroll systems including Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter and collaborative team player

What You'll Do:

  • Process payroll, deductions, garnishments, and special payroll actions
  • Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Administer and monitor electronic timekeeping systems 
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates
  • Review and validate timesheets weekly
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance on employee data (e.g., OT, PTO, benefits)
  • Stay updated on tax/deduction law changes
  • Support AP tasks: match and enter invoices, resolve discrepancies

Compensation Details

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
  • The expected range for this role is up to $75,000 annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components
