Who You Are:

• Active member of the California Bar

• 2–5 years of litigation experience, ideally in civil defense, warranty, automotive, or consumer law

• Strong communicator with excellent oral advocacy and client-facing skills

What You'll Do:

• Independently manage your own caseload of product and warranty litigation matters

• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and depositions

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Provide legal advice on compliance, risk, and regulatory issues

• Handle settlement negotiations and work toward favorable client outcomes

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $138,000 to $163,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
