Product Manager, Loyalty Credit Card
Who you are:
-
Credit/Loyalty Marketing Experience: 3+ years in B2B credit card or loyalty marketing, preferably in a large retail environment.

Project & Campaign Management: Proven ability to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives, from strategic planning to execution and performance analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working across departments such as marketing, finance, treasury, and store operations to align on goals and deliverables.
What you’ll do:

Marketing Campaign Execution: Develops and manages the credit card marketing calendar, oversees creative production, ensures campaign compliance, and tracks results.

Stakeholder Coordination: Creates project briefs and timelines, aligns internal teams and external partners, and presents updates to steering/operating committees.

Channel Integration & Training Support: Ensures seamless integration of credit marketing across all customer touchpoints (digital, in-store, POS) and supports store team engagement and training.

Location: Katy, TX in office 5x week
What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $40-$45/hr. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
