What you’ll do:
- Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple UHNW clients
- Post journal entries and reconcile intercompany and investment accounts
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports
- Forecast weekly cash needs and coordinate fund transfers
- Oversee trade activity, bill payments, and other client transactions
- Partner with external tax preparers for filings and payments
- Gather K-1s and support tax document preparation
- Serve as primary accounting contact for assigned client families
- Assist with new entity setups and special financial projects
- Contribute to system automation and data cleanup initiatives
Who you are:
- 3-5 years’ accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
- Self-starter who will take initiative and can work independently with minimal direction
- Experience working with FIS Private Capital Suite (formerly Investran) accounting system a plus

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $95,000 – $100,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
