Senior Associate – Valuation

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and refine financial models for business and securities valuations, including discounted cash flow (DCF) and market multiples approaches.
- Conduct in-depth research on companies, industries, and financial markets to support valuation conclusions.
- Manage valuation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality client deliverables.
- Direct and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on modeling techniques and valuation methodologies.
- Build strong client relationships by presenting findings, answering questions, and assisting with valuation-related matters.
- Lead training sessions for staff and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in business valuation, preferably in a top 25 public accounting firm’s valuation arm or dedicated valuation firm.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong technical skills in Excel (macros, pivot tables, data manipulation) and proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial modeling, valuation techniques, and private equity engagements.
- Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, small-office environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
- Progress toward CFA, ASA, or ABV is a plus.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience. #LI-JP1
