Senior Compensation Analyst
Who you are:
- 3+ years of compensation experience including salary analysis and program administration
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA a plus – this is a programming language in Excel) and ability to create compensation-related reports
- Strong interpersonal and consulting skills to partner with HR and business leaders
What you'll do:

Analyze job functions, pay data, and compensation trends to support strategic decision-making

Manage and execute compensation programs, including short-term incentive plan calculations

Create, update, and oversee job descriptions and company compensation guidelines

Perform market benchmarking, salary survey analysis, and internal equity assessments
What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $110k-120k. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
Location: Katy, TX 5x onsite
