Who You Are:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; CPA helpful
• 5+ years in operations finance experience working with manufacturing; commodities experience preferred
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, lease structuring, and hedging strategies
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and ERP systems

 
What You'll Do:

• Lead: Manage key operational positions, ensuring alignment with financial and strategic objectives
• Optimize: Oversee resource usage, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
• Innovate: Track and analyze processes, maximizing efficiency and recovery
• Analyze: Conduct financial analysis on costs, profitability, hedging strategies, and financial risk management

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $120,000-$150,000, annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
