Sr. Financial Analyst

We’re working with a fast-growing, PE-backed global distributor that’s dominating its niche and expanding rapidly.

They’re searching for a Senior Financial Analyst to become their first FP&A hire, working directly with the CEO and CFO to drive strategic decision-making and profitability.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll analyze product performance,  and create playbooks that shape the company’s financial strategy.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant financial analysis experience.
• Must have extensive experience with Excel; experience building board-level financial models and presentations is essential
• Experienced finance professional with strong analytical and modeling skills.
• Confident communicator able to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Hands-on experience with P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

What You'll Do

• Run financial and product-level reports to assess performance, pricing, and profitability.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and build dynamic scenario and waterfall models to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and support board materials, working closely with the President.
• Create dashboards and trackers to monitor financial KPIs, highlight risks, and track improvement areas.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and modeling across inventory, revenue streams, and cost structures.

Compensation Details

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000 per year
