Sr. Manager of FP&A – Capital Projects

We are working with a well-established Real Estate company, and they are looking to bring on a driven and passionate individual to their growing Finance team!

In this high-impact role, you’ll support strategic investment decisions by driving financial planning, reporting, and analysis for large-scale capital initiatives across a dynamic real estate portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity to enter the largest business unit where you will work alongside the asset management, construction and corporate teams. 

ONSITE 5 days a week in Irvine, CA

What You'll Do:

• Lead the preparation of capital budget request memos and supporting financial exhibits
• Support the development of quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term capital plans
• Deliver reporting on capital spend and project performance
• Analyze large datasets to build financial models and reporting packages that inform executive decision-making

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• 6+ years of experience within finance 
• Strong proficiency in Excel (large datasets, modeling, reporting)
• Experience with capital planning, budgeting, or project finance
• Familiarity with SAP, BI tools, or Tableau is a plus
• High attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $130,000 to $170,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
