Supervisor Financial Analyst

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial strategy, and  pricing 
• Straight Big4 candidates will be considered as well 
• Strong technical skills in Excel required and data visualization tools experience preferred (i.e. Tableau, Alteryx, etc)
• Great verbal and written communication skills

 
What You'll Do:

• Manage and track R&D project costs to ensure budget alignment
• Perform variance analysis and monitor key financial metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization
• Present financial insights and reports to senior leadership
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and support strategic decision-making initiatives

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $85,000 to $105,000 base per year with RSUs and bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
