Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree or AA in Computer Science, or experience in a related field, ITIL and other certifications a plus
• 3+ years troubleshooting in Microsoft environments using Microsoft 365 services and AD – Intune and ConnectWise a plus
• Proficient with LAN/WAN technologies; Cisco, HP, Fortinet, SonicWall, Ubiquiti UniFi – routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc.
• Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills and desire to learn and grow

 
What you'll do:

• Provide technical support for clients' applications, network, and desktop environments virtually and on-site as needed
• Assist with complex software configurations, troubleshoot complex networking problems, and help to safeguard security measures
• Help guarantee SLAs are met to maintain high-quality service
• Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and work more independently

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
