We’re partnering with a national, wealth management firm that’s expanding its tax function and seeking a Tax Manager to help scale and optimize its high-net-worth client services.

You’ll help shape the tax function, mentor staff, and be a trusted advisor to clients!
 
What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and review complex individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns for high-net-worth clients.
  • Lead a team of tax professionals—review work, provide feedback, and mentor staff through technical and professional development.
  • Collaborate with wealth advisors and financial planners to deliver integrated, tax-optimized financial strategies.
  • Research complex tax issues and provide guidance on tax planning, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Drive process improvements and help implement best practices across the national tax team.
  • Support tax leadership with scaling initiatives, systems upgrades, and team expansion.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or related field
  • Active CPA or EA required
  • 6+ years in public accounting or a wealth management practice
  • Strong technical expertise in individual, fiduciary, and partnership taxation
  • Excellent communicator with a proven ability to lead teams and interact with clients
  • Comfortable with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess or similar) and Excel modeling

Compensation:

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
  • The expected range for this role is up to $130,000 base salary per year.
  • Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
