Service Desk Technician I
Who you are:
- Experienced in IT Support:
- You bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience providing technical support to both local and remote users across a wide range of systems and hardware platforms.
- Versatile Troubleshooter & Generalist
- Skilled in Windows and macOS environments, server support, network troubleshooting, and printer maintenance—including Zebra and Dymo thermal printers.
What you'll do:
- IT Support, completeing 15 tickets/day
What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
Location: Waltham, MA in office 3x week
