Vulnerability Management Desktop Engineer – El Monte, CA

Who you are: 

• 3–5 years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Azure AD.

• 5+ years managing system tools like IGEL, Nerdio, Liquidware, and InTune.

• Strong experience with patch management for Microsoft and Apple endpoints, and supporting third-party software updates (Intune, Ansible, JAMF, Ivanti).

• Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, Ruby, PowerShell) and vulnerability assessment tools (Nessus, Qualys, Arctic Wolf).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person and on call. 

What you’ll do: 

• Manage and maintain image builds for Windows, MAC, and VDI endpoints.

• Design and configure endpoint security solutions (GPO, whitelisting, hardening).

• Patch and remediate vulnerabilities using automation and regular reporting.

• Lead or support security projects and collaborate with teams to address risks.

• Provide Level 3 support and maintain endpoint security through ongoing scans.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $75,000 – $90,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
